AVIAN-P is equipping 12 MP compact digital cameras.  By input the required accuracy and resolution into the flight control program, the program will calculate automatically and plan out the necessary altitude, area of imagery, and lines of flight.

The aerial photos will be saved in a SD card.  For transferring photos, simply withdraw and plug in into your computer, this should work on all computers.

1) Purchase the UAV exclusive mosaic mapping software, FlightMatrix, from us.

2) We offer a pay service which will produce high accuracy orthoimagery; simply upload your photos to a hard drive in the CLOUD, we will deliver in few days.  Please contact service99@uaver.com.
3) If it is not for GIS survey application and accuracy is not needed, there is some photo stitching software for people to download freely, such as a experimental software Microsoft ICE or Andrea.

The imaged area is depending on the resolution; the higher AVIAN goes, the lower resolution is getting but larger area could be covered.  For example, AVIAN typically working at altitude 1500ft, and the resolution is 12.9cm.  With these information, a 40 minutes mission can cover area around 4.3km2.  However, we also offer an optional package which is called  SLR-like hi resolution digital camera nose cone set for better imagery result.

The maximum endurance time of AVIAN is 90 minutes.   AVIAN could still get 60 minutes totally for each mission while we deducted 30 minutes for securing electric power which should be utilized for take-off, landing, and strong wind situation.  However, it will take a photo in every 4 seconds; by calculation, it can take approximately 500~900 photos generally for each flight.

AVIAN’s flight data recorder will record not only video but also a POS data which is including GPS of each photo for reference.   Co-process the POS data and the photos on a workstation computer that is install with UAV exclusive mosaic mapping software, FlightMatrix, for a generating an orthoimagery map rapidly.

A 0.5MP video recording feature is standardized for Avian-P; we offer a optional nose cone set with 1080P HD Camcorder integrated for purchasing.
Avian-S and Avian-R are featuring real time video and real time video recording.
